Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

Create and update training materials, including presentations, scripts, and role-play scenarios, tailored to specific client requirements and communication standards.

Delivery of Training:

Facilitate classroom training sessions on various communication skills like active listening, verbal and non-verbal communication, handling objections, and delivering clear information.

Performance Evaluation:

Conduct assessments to measure trainees' communication skills through role-playing exercises, call simulations, and feedback sessions.

Coaching and Feedback:

Provide individualized feedback to trainees on areas for improvement, offering guidance and coaching to enhance their communication effectiveness.

Collaboration with Operations:

Work closely with operations teams to identify training needs, address communication gaps,



and align training programs with business objectives.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor call quality recordings to identify areas for improvement and incorporate feedback into training programs.

Change Management:

Support the implementation of recent communication policies or procedures through targeted training initiatives.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to assess communication skills and provide constructive feedback
- Experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Proficiency in using training management systems and technology
