- Define and execute product strategies and outcome-oriented roadmaps focused on improving repayment outcomes, customer trust, and continued engagement.
- Own product initiatives end to end, covering discovery, problem definition, requirements, delivery, measurement, and continuous iteration.
- Design simple, transparent, reliable servicing and payment experiences across self-service and assisted channels.
- Use customer insights, data, experimentation, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve payment success, delinquency prevention, customer satisfaction, and engagement.
- Establish measurable objectives and key results, ensuring product decisions are connected to tangible customer and business outcomes.
