Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree (Master's or MBA) in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in international property consultancies and/or Big 4 firms (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC) and/or top-tier strategy consultancies (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) and/or management consulting firms with real estate focus will be a robust advantage.
Role/ Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership & Execution - Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality consulting and valuation assignments across India, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Research & Analysis - Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis using client data, market intelligence, and external research sources. Projects include real estate investment analysis, market research, industry overviews, development feasibility studies, portfolio strategy, and site selection.
- Data Analytics & Reporting - Design and develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
- Field Research & Financial Modeling - Conduct independent primary and secondary research, build robust financial models, and prepare draft reports for inclusion in client deliverables.
