This is a senior project leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across a regional project management function.
You’ll lead, mentor, and develop project managers while ensuring high standards of delivery, governance, and client service.
The role combines people leadership, project oversight, resource planning, financial management, and process improvement.
You’ll work across regional and global teams to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time, within scope, and within budget.
You’ll also help shape project management best practices, strengthen operational processes, and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
With significant client and stakeholder interaction, you’ll act as a trusted escalation point and advocate for successful delivery.

Accountabilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide the regional Project Management team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and project excellence.
- Own the overall quality and successful delivery of projects, ensuring teams consistently deliver against agreed briefs, timelines, scopes, and budgets.
- Establish and reinforce project management best practices, ensuring compliance with global processes, workflows, documentation standards, and ways of working.
- Support Project Managers with project scoping, planning, specifications, risk management, and delivery challenges.
- Monitor project progress, utilization, burn rates, overburn, profitability, and compliance, taking corrective action where required.
- Govern the setup, execution, monitoring, and control of projects, ensuring project information and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
