What you'll be responsible for
Circle's Payments engineering organization builds the infrastructure that moves value across the Circle Payments Network (CPN) and Managed Payments, connecting banks, payment service providers (PSPs), and fintechs to quick, low-cost, always-on cross-border settlement in USDC and EURC. As Engineering Manager, Payments, you'll lead a team responsible for backend systems that power financial institution onboarding, payment orchestration, and bulk payment processing. You'll be accountable for the delivery, reliability, security, and financial correctness of systems that move customer funds at scale, while developing a high-performing engineering team and partnering closely with stakeholders across Circle.
