Role: SAP FICO + PS

Location: All Hexaware Location

- 10+ years of SAP experience as a FICO + Project Systems (PS) Consultant, primarily focused on application support and system stability in complex SAP environments.
- Strong hands-on functional knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Recent GL, Document Splitting) and SAP CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, COPA).
- Solid experience in SAP Project Systems (PS) including WBS, Networks, budgeting, cost planning, settlements, and FI/CO integration.
- Proven support exposure to SAP ECC 6.0 Finance, including issue resolution, enhancements, and minor change requests.
- Good understanding of SAP Banking and Treasury processes such as APP, BCM, bank reconciliations, cash and liquidity management, and period-end support.




- Hands-on experience supporting SAP FICO + PS interfaces, including IDocs, file-based integrations, middleware flows, and reconciliation of financial data.
- Strong L2/L3 support capabilities, including root cause analysis, recurring issue resolution, and coordination with ABAP, Basis, and integration teams.
- Ability to guide and support junior FICO & PS consultants, assist in task allocation, and ensure adherence to support processes and SLAs.
- Effective client-facing and communication skills, with experience interacting directly with business users and finance teams.
- SAP FICO / PS certifications, S/4HANA Finance exposure, and prior implementation or rollout experience are desirable.
