We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with robust experience in designing enterprise-grade applications and data-intensive products. The role requires someone who can understand complex business workflows and translate them into intuitive, clean and scalable user experiences.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with product, business and engineering teams and should be able to take ownership of the design lifecycle from requirement understanding and user journeys through wireframes, prototypes and final UI specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and scalable experiences for enterprise web applications, platforms and dashboards.
- Understand complex business requirements, workflows and user personas and translate them into effective user journeys and information architecture.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
- Design data-intensive interfaces including dashboards,
analytics views, workflows, tables, filters, drill-downs and configuration screens.
- Build and maintain reusable design systems, component libraries and UI standards to ensure consistency across the product.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineering teams from concept through implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and design validation where required.
- Review implemented screens and work with developers to ensure design fidelity and usability.
- Balance user experience with enterprise requirements such as scalability, accessibility, responsiveness and role-based workflows.
- Continuously improve existing product experiences based on user feedback and product evolution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of hands-on UI/UX or Product Design experience, preferably with enterprise/B2B applications.
