Channel: Bancassurance
Industry: Life Insurance
CTC: ₹3.25 LPA + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned bank branches.
- Coordinate with bank employees to generate life insurance leads.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through the bank channel.
- Explain life insurance products to customers and recommend suitable plans.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain regular interaction with branch staff and customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.
- Provide after-sales service and maintain customer relationships.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, BFSI, or related sales.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and relationship manage
