Profile :- Production Manager

Job Role :-

Plan, organize, and control the production schedule to meet customer requirements and company goals.

Supervise daily production activities, ensuring output, quality, and cost targets are achieved.

Monitor and maintain production equipment; coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

-
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

-
Manage and train production staff to improve productivity and skill levels.

-
Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques.

-
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments for smooth workflow.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports and analyze performance metrics.

Control inventory levels of raw materials, WIP (Work In Progress), and finished goods.

Ensure proper documentation of production records and adherence to SOPs.

Handle production-related issues and take corrective actions promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree/

8–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production workplace in Aerosol Industry .

Strong understanding of production planning, process improvement, and quality systems

-
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
