Level - 10 - 10 BDC7C Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions to optimize system performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor the performance of production systems and services. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents that may arise. - Implement solutions to optimize system performance and ensure smooth operations.



- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful service delivery. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Provide timely support to users and address their queries or concerns. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Robust understanding of software testing methodologies and processes. - Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or JUnit. - Recommendation: Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE degree is required.
