The Middleware & Integration function enables Cardinal Health’s ability to operate as a connected, responsive, and customer-focused enterprise. Through Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and modern integration platforms, this role helps ensure that critical business events and data flows are shared across the enterprise in near real time—enabling faster decisions, improved customer experiences, and resilient operations.
This role is accountable for designing, developing, administering, and continuously improving Kafka-based middleware capabilities. The role partners across application, architecture, data, and operations teams to ensure event streaming solutions are scalable, secure, data-safe, and aligned to Cardinal Health’s broader technology and business
