Job Overview

UX Design Lead: Lead complex UX initiatives across TE’s digital ecosystem, driving design strategy, design systems, and user-centered solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams, mentor designers, and guide projects from discovery to implementation while ensuring accessibility, governance, and scalable digital experiences.

Roles & Responsibility:
- Lead end-to-end UX strategy and design for high-impact web, data product, and enterprise platform experiences.
- Coordinate UX workstreams for complex, cross-functional initiatives, establishing explicit project plans, timelines, expectations, and accountability across participating teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, DCS, AEM implementation teams, Marketing, and business unit partners to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
- Be the Bangalore lead for UX design-related needs:



lead project deliverables, manage time, provide project communications, and create visibility into status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Partner with UX Manager to define playbooks, documentation structures, governance processes, and hand-off protocols that enable consistent UX delivery across teams, acting as a major owner of the DesignOps definition and implementation.
- Own and evolve the TE.com design system, including component documentation, modular functionality, responsive behavior, design variants, and digital-first brand adaptations.
- Develop and maintain UX best practices documentation to support design team workflows, content author guidance, and alignment across product, development, BU, and leadership stakeholders.
