Job Title: ML - SRAM

Location: Bengaluru

Pay Range: 20 lac

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

ML – SRAM Layout Engineer
- Should be able to work independently on SRAM memory IP layout development.




- Robust hands-on experience with Calibre LVS and DRC verification.
- Expertise in leaf-cell development of SRAM blocks.
- Ability to handle full layout ownership, debugging, and closure activities.
