As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional design solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting, Looking for a Workday Time Tracking resource with experience and certifications in Workday Absence
- Strong understanding of Workday reporting functionalities
- Experience in designing and implementing complex Workday reports
- Knowledge of Workday security and data governance
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday reporting
