You work with guidance from senior engineers, turn clear requirements into clean and tested code, and steadily grow your grasp of the systems you touch. Success at this level is measured by reliable execution, responsiveness to feedback, and a visible curve of increasing independence.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Implement well-defined features, enhancements, and bug fixes with guidance, producing readable and maintainable code.
