We are seeking an experienced RPA Blue Prism Lead to drive end-to-end automation initiatives, lead delivery teams, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder management, governance, and production support capabilities, including escalation handling.

Required Experience:

* 8+ years of RPA experience with Blue Prism as primary platform

* Proven experience leading automation delivery teams or CoE initiatives

* Hands-on experience with .NET (C#), Python

* Strong exposure to AI/ML integrations in automation projects

* Experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform

* Solid understanding of SQL, APIs, and system integrations

* Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments

Must-Have Skills:

* Expertise in Blue Prism architecture, design standards,



and best practices

* Ability to own solution design and technical governance

* Robust experience in PDD/SDD reviews and solution estimation

* Experience managing production support, incident management, and RCA

* Operations exposure including SLA monitoring, process health checks, and reporting

* Ability to handle escalations, prioritize incidents, and coordinate resolutions

* Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred Certifications:

* Blue Prism Professional/Developer Certification

* UiPath Certification (optional)

* Certification in Business Analysis / Agile / ITIL (plus)
