Overview

Seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to build and evolve an internal platform using a spec-driven, AI-assisted development model. The role blends platform engineering and full-stack development to deliver scalable internal tools, reusable services, and strong developer experiences. The engineer will work across frontend, backend, architecture, and AI-assisted workflows while collaborating with US-based and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable platform capabilities, APIs, and internal tools using a spec-first approach.

• Leverage AI/LLM tools to generate, validate, refactor, and document software solutions.

• Translate responsive design concepts into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

• Develop reusable frontend and backend components adoptable across multiple teams.

• Contribute to architecture decisions focused on scalability, reliability,



maintainability, and performance.

• Build and maintain code generation, automation, and developer productivity workflows.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive long-term solutions.

• Collaborate with US-based and global stakeholders with solid ownership and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience building modern web applications and internal platforms.

• Proficiency in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience building responsive, accessible, user-friendly interfaces.

• Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, PHP/Symfony, or similar frameworks.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with API-first and contract-first development (OpenAPI, Swagger, GraphQL, JSON/YAML schemas).

• Hands-on use of AI tools such as GPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar for code generation, testing, documentation, a
