· 11+ years of IT experience with 3+ years as a ServiceNow Architect.

· Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, HR Case Management, Employee Centre Pro, and Lifecycle Events.

· Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.

· End-to-end HRSD implementation and client-facing experience.

· CSA certification required; CIS-HRSD preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Design and architect scalable HRSD solutions.

· Lead HRSD implementations and integrations.

· Gather business requirements and provide technical solutions.

· Review technical designs, mentor developers, and ensure ServiceNow best practices.
