Job Title: Relationship Manager – Group Loans (SLI)
Department: Sustainable Livelihood Initiative (SLI) / Group Lending
Location: Kolkata
Job Purpose:
To acquire, manage, and service Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) under the
Group Loan (SLI) model by driving credit outreach, maintaining portfolio quality, and building robust rural
customer relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate in any discipline (Social work, Rural Dev. preferred)
• 1–4 years in microfinance/group lending preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively within rural areas
• Local residency/language fluency preferred
