The Manager, Supply Chain Planning provides leadership for Caterpillar's Enterprise Capacity Planning (ECP) team in India and the extended ICS support team. This role is responsible for leading the execution and continuous improvement of Enterprise Capacity Requirement (ECR) processes that support Caterpillar's long-term growth strategy.
The position plays a key role in enabling enterprise-wide capacity readiness by leading EPP and ECR engagements, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, driving automation initiatives,



and implementing standardized capacity planning methodologies. This role serves as the primary ECP contact for business partners across the Asia region while supporting global enterprise capacity planning objectives.
What you will do:
- Provide leadership and development for the India ECP team and extended ICS support team.
- Lead critical Executive Product Plan (EPP) engagements across the Asia and Europe region and support global capacity planning engagements as required.
- Ensure timely execution of Enterprise Capacity Requirements for Components (ECR-C) and Enterprise Capacity Requirements for Suppliers (ECR-S) refresh activities in support of Caterpillar's growth strategy.
- Facilitate capacity planning workshops with manufacturing facilities, product groups, engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
