? CNC 3-Axis & 5-Axis Machining Knowledge
?PPAP & APQP documentation
? GD&T; and quality inspection methods
? SolidWorks – advanced modelling & assembly
? Shop floor knowledge: toolings, jigs, fixtures, work holdings
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
?DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis
?Tool and fixture selection expertise
?Process validation knowledge
?Coordination with production, quality & procurement teams for project execution
