What You'll Do:
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for customers, handling questions, issues, and escalations with urgency and professionalism.



Proactively manage and resolve high-priority customer issues, ensuring rapid and effective resolutions
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Emergent's platform, providing best practice advice and guidance on Emergent's products and services
- Work with AI Platform Engineering Specialists to offer white-glove service: ensure customers feel supported and engaged through attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement
- Drive enablement: encourage customer adoption of key features while consulting with them on best practices to seamlessly build on Emergent
- Become a product expert: be the go-to resource for both customers and coworkers on Emergent's products by your 30th day
- Project manage: collaborate with teams internally and externally to execute project engagements and help customers optimize their use of Emergent's platform

What You Bring:
