Job Description

We are hiring skilled professionals to manage IT warehouse operations, logistics, and vendor coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
- Handling IT assets like laptops, desktops, monitors, UPS, and accessories
- Performing laptop imaging and basic technical checks
- Tracking IT assets in inventory systems and Excel reports
- Managing forward, reverse, and break-fix shipments
- Coordinating with courier, logistics, and repair vendors
- Following up on RMAs, repairs, and replacements
- Ensuring correct documentation for all IT asset movements
- Conducting inventory audits and stock validation
- Maintaining safety stock and supporting bulk shipments
- Preparing reports and sharing updates with IT and operations teams




- Ensuring warehouse SOPs and SLAs are followed

Who Can Apply:
- Experience in IT asset management / IT logistics / warehouse operations
- Good knowledge of Excel, inventory tracking, and documentation
- Experience working with vendors and handling escalations
- Able to manage data, reports, and daily operations independently
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and logistics setup
