This is a fully remote opportunity supporting global compensation and benefits programs across a diverse international workforce.
You will combine data analysis, program administration, and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver fair, competitive, and market-informed rewards.
The role provides exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary structures, job architecture, benefits administration, and recurring rewards processes.
You will turn complex employee and market data into clear insights that support HR, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders.
Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail will be essential when working with sensitive employee and compensation information.
You will also contribute to global benefits planning, audits, compliance, reporting, and continuous process improvements.

Accountabilities:
- Support the administration and ongoing delivery of global compensation and benefits programs, including data preparation, recurring processes, employee-impacting changes, and supporting documentation.
- Analyze compensation benchmarking, internal equity, salary structures, and rewards data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate annual and ad hoc compensation activities, including merit increases, incentives, promotions, and job changes, ensuring accurate inputs, approvals, and timely completion.
- Maintain accurate job architecture, job descriptions, job titles, and rewards-related information within approved HR systems and repositories.
