Job Overview

As an FGS - D365 Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to enhance business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, customize and configure the system accordingly, and provide ongoing support and training. Your role will also involve troubleshooting, system upgrades, and maintaining documentation of processes and configurations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recent software applications, using D365 Customer Engagement Apps, Microsoft Power Platform, and .Net C#.
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
- Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
- Design and update software database,



ensuring system security and integrity.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in D365 Customer Engagement Apps
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of .Net C#
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience with MS SSIS
- Knowledge of Canvas Apps
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Experience with SQL Server
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of SharePoint

Familiarity with CRM systems
