Profile 1 :- Site Engineer

1. Oversee/manage all in office electrical construction activities as per approved designs and quality standards.

2. Supervise installation of HT/LT lines as per RDSS guidelines.

3. Ensure compliance with REC guidelines and Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (UPCL) standards.

4. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on materials/workmanship.

5. Manage on-site resources (labor, equipment, materials) to optimize efficiency and prevent delays.

6. Serve as primary technical contact on-site and liaise with subcontractors, technicians, and project management.

7. Enforce site safety protocols; ensure use of PPE.8. Maintain accurate project documentation and report progress and risks to Project Manager.

9. Identify and resolve technical issues, including discrepancies in designs or unexpected site conditions.

CTC - 35- 40k

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.Experience: 5–8 years, Central Government Schemes such as Saubhagya Yojna, IPDS, RAPDRP, DDUGJY, RGGVY Projects,



preferably on RDSS projects

Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of electrical network installation and relevant construction methods.

Other: Ability to work in challenging on-site conditions.

1. Manage, monitor, and delegate tasks to the on-site labour force and sub-contractors to ensure daily objectives are met.2.Monitor day-to-day progress of electrical work, such as laying cables and Conductors, Pole Erection, and installing Service Connection, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.

3. Track and control the use of materials and equipment on-site. Perform regular inventory checks and ensure that supplies are stacked properly and used responsibly.

4. Conduct daily work quality checks to ensure all electrical installations and construction techniques meet the project's specifications.
