Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and results-driven Store Manager to manage daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations
- Oversee daily store activities and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain store cleanliness, layout, and visual merchandising
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle opening and closing of the store

2. Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop strategies to increase store sales
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives

3. Team Management
- Hire, train, and supervise store staff
- Assign duties and manage staff schedules




- Motivate team to achieve targets
- Handle employee issues and performance reviews

4. Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Build solid customer relationships
- Maintain service quality standards

5. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Conduct regular stock audits
- Minimize losses and prevent theft
- Manage vendor coordination if required

6. Cash & Financial Management
- Handle cash transactions and billing processes
- Maintain daily sales records
- Monitor expenses and budgets
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting
