How you'll make an impact:

As an Integration Analyst, you own, lead and deliver EDI and 3PL integrations between Cin7 customers and external trading partners. You provide technical support to the Cin7 client base, resolving technical issues and determining the client’s service and support needs.

Accelerates connection lifecycles toward successful completion through expert troubleshooting and debugging.



Proactively manages dependencies for all assigned tasks while participating in requirement analysis and necessary exploratory research. Demonstrates the capability to isolate technical discrepancies to identify fundamental root causes.

Assumes full accountability for delivering small to medium-complexity projects, adapting functional strategies independently or within a team to secure optimal results.

Technical & Product knowledge

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of EDI architecture and proficiency in the requisite tooling for connection development. Skilled in executing testing protocols to diagnose reproducible defects and propose technical resolutions. Confidently manages compliance validation across diverse retail and trading partner landscapes. Enhances collective team expertise through domain knowledge sharing, supported by a firm grasp of EDI, 3PL, and API integration workflows and bug remediation.
