About the Role:

The Candidate Experience Specialist is responsible for creating a positive, end-to-end candidate experience from offer acceptance to day one. This role involves a wide range of administrative functions, including managing pending hires, executing background checks, reporting, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will proactively solve problems, use good judgment, and handle internal communication with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

- Liaising with People Organization and Talent Acquisition colleagues and serving as a subject matter expert to managers, candidates, and Talent Acquisition, providing timely updates and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and onboarding.
