Role: Dynamics 365 F&O; Functional Lead (Finance)

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O; Functional Lead with solid expertise in Finance modules to drive end-to-end ERP implementations and support business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with business users to implement D365 F&O; Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Credit & Collections)

Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, implementation, and testing phases

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery

Configure and support finance modules and customizations

Ensure smooth UAT and deployment activities

Key Requirements:





Minimum 5+ years of ERP functional consulting experience

At least 4 end-to-end implementations in Dynamics AX / D365 Finance

Strong finance domain knowledge

Hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Credit Management

Experience with India, UK, and Mexico localizations

Knowledge of Management Reporter

Strong data analysis skills

Experience in Travel domain (preferred)

Education:

MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA or equivalent

Additional Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management

Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies
