Masters / PGDM in Finance or CA or CS or Public Policy
- More than 5 years' relevant experience across areas of Project Assessment, Public Finance, Public Procurement and Contract Management with Government / private agencies
- Should have worked on preparation of revenue model and/or bid documents for 1 (five) eligible Assignments
- Working related experience of at least 1 capital mobilisation / finance projects of state / central government of India would be an advantage
