Migration to EC2 via AWS MGN. Application & Network Load Balancers

Technical/ Functional Skills

Strong server/application, rehost migration knowledge

Matrix management of technical teams such as application support, windows server teams, DBA's, cloud engineers and application testing teams

Experience configuring/ managing windows & linux operating systems

Experience with migrating applications from on-premises to AWS and from AWS to AWS





Hand-on experience of the AWS Control Tower Account vending process

Hands-on experience with deploying and using migration tools (eg: AWS Application Migration Service (MGN))

Exposure to the AWS platform and its compute, storage, networking and migration services

An understanding of security controls from a service delivery viewpoint

Experience of working in a regulated workplace

Experience of working with mission critical environments

Ability to approach problems in a thorough and logical manner

The following skills would be an advantage:

Experience working with AWS Managed Service (AMS)
