Job Title: Release Manager (DevOps – Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Release Manager with strong DevOps capabilities to manage end-to-end releases and CI/CD processes for a Salesforce-based CRM & CDP ecosystem. This hybrid role combines release governance, risk management, and DevOps execution to ensure seamless, secure, and zero-disruption deployments across enterprise systems.

Role Positioning:

- DevOps Execution (automation, pipelines, deployment)

Key Responsibilities:

Release Management:
- Own the complete release lifecycle (Dev → SIT → UAT → Prod).
- Plan and manage release calendars across phases (1A / 1B / 2).
- Lead Go/No-Go decisions and release readiness reviews.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, Integration, and Business teams.
- Perform impact assessments (platform, integrations, data).
- Define rollback and contingency strategies.
- Drive post-release validation, reporting, and continuous improvement.

DevOps (Hands-on):




- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
- Automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Manage multiple environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Prod).
- Implement deployment and rollback automation.
- Integrate automated testing (regression and performance).
- Enable monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
- Apply DevSecOps practices (secure pipelines, audit logs).

Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in Release Management / DevOps roles.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins or equivalent.
- Experience managing multi-environment deployments.
- Exposure to Salesforce platform (preferred).
- Experience with API-driven / integration-based systems.
- Valuable understanding of security, audit, and compliance practices.
