About the role:

The role involves
- Generate VRV/VRF, AMC, and retrofit business opportunities from existing and new customers.
- Develop robust relationships with customers and dealers to drive service sales.




- Address customer concerns, resolve product-related issues, and provide technical support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and service requirements.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Revenue & Business Development
- Drive revenue and order booking for VRF HVAC projects.
- Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, MEP consultants, and end customers.
- Identify new VRF project opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate with customers, and close orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor Service profitability, margins, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales, upgrades, and change orders.
- 3-4 years of experience in HVAC, preferably with significant experience in VR
