The Team- Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Test Engineering Senior Qualified to join our dynamic team at Hitachi, Ltd. This role involves leading and executing complex testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products and systems.

The Role
* Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases,



and test scripts for various software components and systems.
* Lead and mentor junior test engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices in software quality assurance.
* Automate testing processes using various tools and frameworks, including developing and maintaining automated test suites.
* Perform functional, regression, performance, integration, and user acceptance testing across the software development lifecycle.
* Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
* Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define testing scope.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies, processes, and tools.
* Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide insightful feedback to improve product quality and development efficiency.
