Overall 6-10 yrs experience in Performance Testing with exposure in Jmeter & Loadrunner

Hands on experience on performance monitoring tools like Dyna trace, JvisualVM, Perfmon, ELK stack etc.

Good knowledge on corelation & load model preparation

Improve maturity and drive process and strategy for application performance engineering and performance test solutions across multiple projects

-
Preparation of performance testing roadmap & test strategy

-
Act as coach and mentor for performance test team members

-
Educate project teams and stakeholders (where needed) on performance testing best practices and how to integrate performance engineering activities earlier into the SDLC

-
Work with project stakeholders and teams to identify performance risks earlier in the SDLC

-
Work with project stakeholders and teams to define usage models for desired performance testing goals and SLA s per project

Performance test planning, execution & reporting

Coordination with Sys admin & Network admin, Loadbalancer Admin, solution architect for performance issues troubleshooting

Must be able to provide tool agnostic solutions across different technology / applications/ integrations

Provides recommendations regarding possible script failures or application failures in collaboration with Application/Architecture SME's

Demonstrate team approach to resolving defects and/or performance issues

Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Should be proficient in Customer and Stakeholder interaction

Should possess strong analytical , problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technology , methodologies and systems
