n About the Role
nWe're looking for an Interior Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing studio. You'll work directly with the founder across residential and boutique commercial projects — from concept development and mood boards to detailed drawings, material selection, and site coordination. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to grow fast in a small, design-forward studio.

n What You'll Do

- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes aligned with client briefsn
- Prepare layout plans, elevations, and detailed drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp)n
- Create 3D visualizations and renders to communicate design intentn
- Source furniture,



finishes, fixtures, and decor from vendors and showroomsn
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure design accuracy during executionn
- Prepare BOQs, specification sheets, and presentation decks for client meetingsn
- Conduct site visits and measurementsn
- Stay current with design trends, materials, and industry references (Pinterest, Instagram, trade sources)n

n What We're Looking For
n
- n
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldn
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a design studio, architecture firm, or interior design practicen
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; working knowledge of 3ds Max/V-Ray, Enscape, or similar rendering tools is a plusn
- Strong sense of color, material, spatial planning, and detailingn
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlinesn
- Good communication skills — able to pres
