What You’ll Do
- End-to-end payroll expense accounting

Own monthly accounting, review, and closure for payroll-related expenses across entities/cost centers in line with accounting policy and close timelines.
Ensure accurate classification, allocation, and posting of payroll costs (salary, incentives/bonus, advantages, reimbursements, etc., as applicable).
- Payroll accruals & month-end close ownership

Prepare, validate, and post payroll accruals (salary accruals, bonus/incentive accruals, leave/benefit accruals, and other payroll provisions as applicable).
Drive month-end close activities including reconciliations, variance explanations, and timely clearance of open items.
- RSU & ESOP accounting

Manage accounting for equity-based compensation (RSU/ESOP) including expense recognition, true-ups, accruals, and reporting support.
Partner with relevant stakeholders to validate inputs, ensure comp
