• Drive the sales budgets and sell thru for the assigned brands
• Provide feedback on product performance of the previous season to the relevant stakeholders
• Adhere to the retail SOPs, retail standards, floor hygiene standards and processes for the store (including omni channel SOPs and processes)
• Implement and maintain the planogram as per the defined guidelines
• Receive, maintain and handover stock as per the defined process
• Take required actions to control shrinkage and damage as per defined norms
• Implement the recommended actions with reference to quick moving and slow moving ranges
• Adhere to the defined standards of customer service
• Communicate the marketing promotions as per defined guidelines
• Share feedback on the marketing promotions for necessary actions
• Provide support to the floor staff to deliver on the job
