This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Manager — India & GCC - OTA / Travel Domain based in India.

This is a high-impact business development role focused on accelerating partner acquisition and revenue growth across India and the GCC.
You will build relationships with travel agents, OTAs, corporate travel managers, and other strategic industry partners.
As a key regional growth driver, you will own the commercial journey from prospecting and pitching through onboarding and activation.
The role combines new business development with account growth, market intelligence, and partner relationship management.
You’ll operate as an individual contributor in a rapid-paced, technology-driven travel environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
Working remotely from India, you will collaborate closely with regional leadership as well as product and operations teams.
Your success will be measured by partner acquisition, platform adoption,



and the revenue and GMV growth generated across your markets.

Accountabilities:
- Identify, prospect, pitch, and onboard travel agents, OTAs, and corporate travel managers across the Indian market.
- Develop and manage strategic business relationships across key GCC markets, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
- Own the end-to-end partner acquisition process, including commercial discussions, contracts, training, platform integration, and activation.
- Deliver partner acquisition, revenue, and GMV targets established by regional leadership.
- Manage and grow existing partner accounts in India by identifying opportunities to increase engagement, adoption, and commercial value.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners while consistently progressing opportunities through the sales cycle.
