We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager – Corporate Sales & Business Development to drive revenue growth, strengthen strategic client relationships, and expand institutional business across Bengaluru and Chennai.
The ideal candidate will have robust experience in corporate sales, institutional sales, key account management, client management, and business development, with a proven ability to identify new opportunities, build long-term relationships, and consistently achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive corporate and institutional sales across assigned markets and customer segments.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire recent corporate and institutional clients to build a strong business pipeline.
- Own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, closure, and account expansion.




- Develop and execute business development strategies to consistently achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with CXOs, business heads, HR leaders, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
- Manage strategic and high-value accounts, ensuring strong client engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and expansion within existing accounts.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
- Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to develop relevant solutions and proposals.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, commercial quotations, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, account plans, and CRM records.
