Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to support a large-scale digital transformation, integration modernization, and loyalty platform evolution program within the QSR and e-commerce ecosystem. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality delivery of cloud-native microservices, API orchestration platforms, identity systems, and loyalty-driven customer journeys.

The QA Engineer will work closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, DevOps, and architects to design, execute, and automate comprehensive testing strategies across backend services, APIs, integration hubs, and mobile/web platforms.

Robust experience in e-commerce, loyalty platforms (Paytronix preferred), API testing, event-driven systems, and cloud-native architectures is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for backend services, APIs, integration workflows, and event-driven systems.
- Validate end-to-end e-commerce, loyalty, identity, and checkout journeys, ensuring seamless customer experience.




- Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing across distributed microservices ecosystems.
- Develop and maintain API automation frameworks for validating orchestration flows, authentication, caching, and proxy services.
- Validate event-driven and asynchronous workflows, including pub-sub messaging, retry mechanisms, and graceful degradation scenarios.
- Conduct data validation testing for loyalty profiles, transactions, rewards, identity flows, and system migrations.
- Execute cloud-native testing strategies, including testing of stateless services, caching layers, and traffic routing mechanisms.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipeline-based test automation and continuous testing practices.
- Design and execute performance, resiliency, and failover test scenarios for highly available systems.
