Job Title: Zoho CRM SME

Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India

Job Type: Full Time, Onsite

We are currently looking for a Zoho CRM SME (Subject Matter Expert) with a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 9 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Zoho CRM, with experience in customizing and configuring CRM.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the customization and configuration of Zoho CRM to meet business needs.

2. Gather requirements from various stakeholders to ensure the CRM system aligns with business processes.

3. Provide expert knowledge and support in the use and maintenance of Zoho CRM.

4. Conduct training sessions for users on how to effectively use Zoho CRM.

5. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of CRM with other systems.

6. Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the CRM system.

7.



Keep up to date with the latest Zoho CRM updates and features and implement these as necessary.

Required Skills:

1. Extensive knowledge of Zoho CRM.

2. Proven experience in customizing and configuring CRM.

3. Strong skills in gathering and interpreting business requirements.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities.

5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
