Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with C-suite executives including CIOs, CTOs, Architects, and other senior technology leaders to align enterprise architecture initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead comprehensive Application Portfolio Rationalization (APR) processes to identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and cost reduction across enterprise applications.
- Conduct thorough application discovery and cloud readiness assessments to evaluate legacy systems and recommend modernization roadmaps leveraging cloud-native architectures.
- Drive in-depth application assessments to formulate accurate Retain, Retire, Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, and Replace (6 R’s) strategies that optimize technology investments while reducing technical debt.
- Manage and secure key cloud funding programs such as Microsoft Moonshot, Azure funding, AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP), and AWS Workload Assessment and Licensing Tool (WALT) to enhance project viability and resource allocation.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, development, and business units to ensure modernization efforts meet enterprise standards and stakeholder expectations.
