JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Engineering Technical Training Specialist will be responsible to design, develop and implement Engineering and Maintenance related technical training programs and workshops. They will work closely with the business to understand the skills and capabilities required at operations and create effective training materials.

Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:



Develop comprehensive technical training content that covers all aspects of Pharmaceutical Utility Operations and Engineering & Maintenance. This includes creating presentations, guides, manuals, and other training materials in various forms.
- Assessment Design: Design and implement assessment tools to measure employee understanding and retention of training materials.
- Learning Solutions: Identify and propose innovative learning solutions to improve the effectiveness of our training programs.
- Training: Conduct technical training sessions and workshops. This includes both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Train-The-Trainer (TTT): Prepare and equip our internal trainers with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively deliver our technical training programs.
