Role : ABAP HR Consultant with BIB knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities ::

5-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP HR/HCM development with a focus on HR cloud applications

Design, develop, implement SAP ABAP HR solutions to meet business requirements.

Proficiency in developing custom RICEFS using ABAP programming language.

Understand and work within the framework of employee central and EC Payroll .

Support BIB replication scenarios.

Experience working with international clients or projects involving multiple countries' regulations.

Payroll Operations/Functions

Data replication and BIB setup.

SAP HCM PA/OM Concepts

Valuable to have:

Adobe forms/Hr forms
