Title: Outsystem Developer

We are seeking a Senior OutSystems Developer. This role reports to the Business Improvement Manager and involves working closely with business leaders to embed innovative digital solutions. You will work on high-impact projects transforming current processes and promoting data-driven decision-making. You must exhibit solid initiative, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Development: Lead the full OutSystems development lifecycle, including solution design, architecture decisions, component development, integrations, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing optimization.

AI Integration: Design AI-powered features within OutSystems applications using native capabilities (OutSystems AI Mentor Studio) and external AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).

Mentorship & Quality Assurance: Mentor developers to take on increasing responsibilities and achieve OutSystems certifications.



Enforce strict adherence to OutSystems best practices, code reviews, and performance standards.

Technical Design: Translate business requirements into scalable OutSystems applications by producing technical specifications, data models, UI/UX flows, logic diagrams, and performance-focused designs.

Architecture Maintenance: Build, enhance, and maintain OutSystems applications with a focus on clean architecture and reusable components.

Systems Integration: Own integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, SQL databases, authentication services, document repositories, and enterprise tools), ensuring they are secure, reliable, and monitored.

Legacy Migration: Migrate legacy systems or manual processes into OutSystems applications through structured discovery, solution design, build, UAT coordination, and production rollout.
