Summary of the role:
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring for its Digital & Technology Engineering team to build and modernize our global Order Management and Fulfilment platform. We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer. This engineer will drive the architecture, design, and development of scalable cloud-native solutions. These solutions will power inventory visibility, order orchestration, fulfilment, returns, payments, and seamless omnichannel customer experiences across our global retail ecosystem. You will report to Engineering Manager- OMS Inventory. We base this role out of Bangalore, working in a hybrid set up.

About the Role:
As a Lead Software Engineer within the Order Management & Fulfilment Technology organization,



you will provide technical leadership for the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-scale Order Management capabilities. You will own end-to-end solution architecture across OMS, Fulfilment, Inventory, Payments, and Customer Order lifecycle while partnering with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Managers, and cross-functional engineering teams. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can build highly scalable cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform, drive modern engineering practices, mentor engineers, and lead complex integration initiatives across enterprise platforms.
