As a member of the Customer Delivery team, you'll support key functions across Customer Experience, Technical Operations, Order Management, Planning, Strategic Sourcing, and more. You'll help design and implement KPIs, automate reporting, and integrate operational data into ORBCOMM's organizational Data Lake.

Your work will help turn business data into action, improve visibility across Customer Delivery, and shape processes that support scalable growth.

This role is based out of our Hyderabad, India hub and operates within ORBCOMM's hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do




Data Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize enterprise data sources, including ERP, CRM, PLM, and operational systems, to create dashboards and visualizations for leadership and operational teams.
- Develop, monitor, and refine KPIs supporting Customer Delivery performance, forecast accuracy, and operational execution.
- Build and automate reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and other analytics tools.
- Support the integration of operational data and reporting into ORBCOMM's organizational Data Lake.

Operational Insights & Support
- Analyze order fulfillment, supply chain performance, and customer delivery metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Investigate data anomalies, validate system data, and support root-cause analysis.
- Translate data into actionable insights for Customer Delivery, Planning, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
