At Rocket India, as a Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring organizational resilience by supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs. You will work with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to minimize the impact of business disruptions, maintain operational continuity, and support recovery efforts within agreed service levels. About the Role
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and related procedures across business functions.
- Coordinate business continuity activities with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational resilience objectives and regulatory requirements.




- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical business functions, dependencies, recovery objectives, and potential disruption impacts.
- Support the design, execution, and evaluation of business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, simulations, and testing activities.
- Establish, maintain, and test emergency communication processes, including call trees and notification procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive test reports covering objectives, planning, execution, outcomes, observations, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and support recovery activities during business disruption events, helping restore operations within defined recovery timeframes.
